Nick - the feeling is mutual, you are the most professional and personable appraiser I know.  Thanks for the comment and for stopping by and I hope we can make it happen again.

Ines, I agree with Nick.  I love how you highlight your listings.  Your pictures also serve as a gentle reminder that I've yet to order "that little camera that could."  Here's to a quick sale on this one!

Ines - nice post and a great way to maximize exposure for your seller with all those great pictures!

With that cactus in the picture, I could certainly tell that house was NOT in New England!!  ;-))

Ann - the cactus thing made me laugh - it actually does not belong here either is really out of place, the poor thing.  Thanks for stopping by.

Ann found the cactus before me, but I was thinking the same thing. This house does belong in Pueblo, but at $135k - $140k.

Dena - LOL!  I know a lot of people here who wish it was worth $135K-$140K

Rick, Thanks for your responses.  You are obviously very active and knowledgeable in AR.

Have you sold a property through AR, or got a referral?  Just wondering.

Second, I am still working on listing to get the max effect yet not sending it to all agents.

If I just sent something to Localisms, is a listing visible to Realtors in any group?

The listings by address is just a way to place it in a Realtor group?  to increase search engine exposure?

Anything else?

I am intrigued.

Hello Guy, first let me tell you that Rick does not do any blogging (he's the silent partner and husband).  We have gotten many leads through AR and lately people calling us on the listings from AR.  As for max effect, make sure you post as "public" and then you can choose "For Real Estate Professionals" and/or "For consumers" - I personally allways do both (if you select "advertising" under real estate professionals, you will not get points for the blog), so it's up to you to click on that or not.  The only thing that goes in "localism" is when you click a particular state.  Feel free to e-mail me if you have any more questions.
