Breathtaking views. Cannot go wrong with views and asking price like this, Strangely here in Lovers Key Beach Club Ft Myers Beach we have a very similar condo , asking price and vista.Classic modern Simplicity of furniture does open up the room.I wonder what the condo fees are just to compare and know.Can one do some boating out there and are there docks? I suppose so..very interesting listing at Waverly Surside condo.

Lloyd - thanks for pointing out the condo fees - I added them to the post. This unit is extremely inexpensive, only $256/month, which is unheard of here in Miami. There are no docks on the beach in Miami, there are plenty of docks and marinas on the bay side. We boat from the bay to the beach all the time, you just cannot dock there. Thanks for stopping by.
